Vernon Grille opened in Long Island in 2017 with a simple mission: great food and genuine hospitality. After becoming the owner in 2020, we introduced more authentic Greek recipes, ingredients, and cooking traditions—honoring the flavors I grew up with in Greece. Today, we’re proud to be a local favorite, active in our community and sharing our cuisine both in our restaurant and through our NYC-based food truck.
